Description:
Jonah Alexander Williams, son of Matt and Patrice Williams, was born February 27, 2009. Jonah is a welcome blessing after the loss of Gabriel Matthew Williams, their first son, who was stillborn in April 2008. Jonah is afflicted with a extremely rare genetic skin disorder called Epidermolysis Bullosa. Most doctors never see this in their life times. It is probable that Gabe was afflicted with this same condition but no one knew. There are degrees of this condition.

Prayer Warriors,
I am sure that some of you already know that baby Stellan (MckMama's baby son) is not doing well. In fact, he is doing very badly. I want to ask if you will send up a prayer for him. Pray for a miracle in fact. Ask him to give the doctors the wisdom and knowledge to help Stellan. Ask him to give MckMama the strength to cope with what she is going through. Ask him to surround this family with love and hope. For updates, you may visit mycharmingkids.net or join his prayer group "Praying for Stellan" on Facebook. Thank you, Prayer Warriors.

Prayer Warriors, I am in awe of all of you. As we have passed our 8000 member mark, I asked Patrice to share some thoughts with you and here is what she said:

Wow! I can't believe this "little" prayer group has reached 8,000 people. Matt
and I are so overwhelmed at the number of people lifting Jonah up to the Father.
It's no secret that both of us have had our moments where we just couldn't pray
or couldn't find the words. It is then that we count on the Holy Spirit to pray
for us and on you guys to fill in the gaps, approaching the Throne on our
behalf. Thank you for fighting for us when we are just too weak, tired,
frustrated... when we're too far down in the valley. But because of the prayer
going up constantly for Jonah, our valley moments are fewer and farther between,
and although every day is a challenge, we are slowly finding things to be more
manageable. We feel God's peace and love surrounding us. I truly believe a host
of angels surround Jonah every night. Please, although I know you feel you are
saying the same thing day after day, continue praying for Jonah. Right now, it
is JUST blisters. Believe it or not, that is a HUGE praise. He's growing,
gaining weight, resisting infection, breathing easily. He's strong. He's
fighting. I cannot tell you what it means to us that so many people - even
complete strangers - care so much for Jonah and our family. We are forever and
always thankful and grateful for the love you've shown us. Please pray for a
miracle for Jonah.

In His Mighty Grip,
Patrice
