Effective Friday December 26TH, 2008, Envision Prefab, LLC will transfer hands to new ownership. Over the last seven years, under the name Urban Core International and Envision Prefab, we have worked hard to deliver the most cutting-edge, sustainable real estate development and prefabricated housing projects.

Envision Prefab has developed projects throughout South Florida and Latin America, and have been the first designated company to achieve a number of groundbreaking accomplishments. Most recently, through tireless research and development, Envision Prefab received the first approvals in the United States for a modular-based container home as well as a container home able to withstand wind loads in excess of 160MPH.

It was a very hard decision to make, but in the end we feel that selling Envision Prefab is the best path for its ultimate long-term success. The Envision team believes in container housing and its future in the residential and commercial marketplaces, and we’re convinced that this concept will continue to flourish under its new owners.

I would like to personally thank everyone that has given us support, respect and loyalty. Thank you for your dedication, for believing in our concept’s ability to succeed and for standing by us as we brought our concept to fruition.
