26.03.09 - Conor Casby (34), who is understood to be a secondary school teacher on Dublin's northside, voluntarily presented himself at Pearse Street Garda Station on Tuesday night. During a two-hour interview, without a solicitor, Mr Casby said no one else was involved in the prank. The Irish Independent understands it is unlikely Mr Casby will be formally charged over the prank. 26.03.09 - The Ceann Comhairle has prevented opposition parties in the Dail from raising questions this morning about the RTE decision to apologise to the Taoiseach over a news report on Tuesday night.

25.03.09 - Micheal Kennedy TD joins Matt Cooper to justify his objections to RTE's coverage of the illicit portraits of Brian Cowen. Where it is revealed that the artist may in fact face monetary charges and even prison time if the Gardai proceed with their investigations. It was also revealed that Fianna Fail Dublin-North TD Michael Kennedy called on RTE director general Cathal Goan to "consider his position".

25.03.09 - Ray Darcy Show questioned about Cowen Spoof Artist. Gardai called to the offices of Today FM to question members of the Ray Darcy Show about their recent coverage of the Brian Cowen Portrait hung in the RHA and National Gallery. The team were asked to co-operate with their investigations, and hand over any material that might assist the Gardai. The Today FM team declined, and may be served with a warrant in the coming days.
