Arranged a mobile bar for definite. Not sure how many numbers he is catering for yet.
Have hired 2 marquees to put together as one. There will be tables one side, band & DJ set up in corner on other side. Drapes, posters, backdrops and reunion banner in marquee and in Spec Inn.There will be a small DJ setup for indoors til 2am (as licence finishes midnight for outside).
STILL DESPERATELY NEED CLASS PHOTOGRAPHS. HELP PLEASE :-) :-)
The reunion starts 6pm, music starts 6.30pm. Security is all arranged.
DRESS CODE: anything you wish to wear, but no hoodies or tracksuit bottoms. Jeans/trainers are acceptable, long as they're smart

6.30 - 7.30pm DJ1 (easy going talk music)
7.30 - 9pm Neil Thomas
9 - 10 pm DJ2 (popular 80's)
10 - 11pm DAPPER CADAVERS (definitely playing)
11 - 12 DJ GARY BOSWELL (funky 80's)
INSIDE
12 - 1am DJ 1 (breaks/funky house 80's orientated)
1 - 2am DJ 2 (popular 80's)
I need help on provision of some tables and chairs to go in the Marquee on the night, preferably free of charge. Can anybody help here?
