*Offer counseling services to help folks get their lives on track
*Are the largest satellite food stamps office in the county
*Provide uniforms, back to school supplies and backpacks
*Have a mail and phone message center
*Provide natural disaster assistance
*Have showers and hygiene supplies
*Give out holiday toys and gift baskets
*Host a WorkForce One job search kiosk
*Have a community garden program
*Provide reunification services
*Access to clothing and shoes
*Host other community agencies to provide school immunizations, HIV/AIDS testing, community health services, etc.
*Act as staging area for local agencies and government during times of disaster (read less)
