Well, we did it. Thanks to everyone who donated their time, expertise, and resources to make this victory possible. It couldn't have happened without you.

But, now the hard work really begins. Let's roll up our sleeves, partner together and get things done.

Let's start with the simple things.

1. Make it your goal to be a better neighbor.
-Get to know your neighbors, and watch out for their kids and property just like you would your own.
-Be proactive against crime by calling in suspicious activity and keeping your outside lights on at night.
-Maintain your house and keep your yard neat.

2. Support local businesses
-Make an effort to discover a new restaurant or shop in our city that you've never visited before (I recommend Dolcessa's Gelatoria on Brown Street).

3. Get involved.
-Attend your local neighborhood association meetings.
-Attend city council meetings.
-Vote. Vote. Vote.
