News:
As you may have noticed iConflict.com is currently down. On Saturday, over 100,000 unique users attempted to visit the site, all within a 8 hour time frame. As a result our server overloaded and forced the site to crash. We are currently working on getting it back up and it should be live again soon.

A post by user "runner" featured a cartoon image of the "Beijing Internet Police," an image that flashes on computer screens in China to remind people they are being watched. While this image was also verified by others, we've had many people in China email us to say they've never seen such a graphic. So it remains a controversial topic heading into the start of the Olympic Games.

After the post went up on iConflict, the page was linked and featured on the homepage of reddit.com. It was also on digg, popurls, jimmyr, and is now one of the first links in this topic under a google organic search. So even while the site is down, traffic is continuing to flow.

We hope to have the site up again soon.
