For next week, we are planning on spending some time designing a logo and t-shirt designs so please bring all your great ideas, markers, pens, pencils, whatever you need to get those creative juices flowing!

Here are some other opportunities to get involved in and around campus:
• New Jersey does their Governor’s election race in off-years (the years that they don’t elect senators, etc.) which means that this year they have a big election going on. There is a pro-choice candidate running neck and neck with a very un-pro-choice candidate, and they need some help doing Get Out the Vote calls. GOTV calls are really easy – you just call people in NJ and say “Did you know the election is tomorrow? Do you know where you vote? Don’t forget to vote!” They’re actually pretty fun. We’re going to call here on Monday, Nov. 2 from 6 – 9 to help NJ reach all of their voters. If anyone wants to come, we’ll feed you dinner!
• The Greater Cincinnati Women’s Post 644 of The American Legion is hosting four free screenings of the award-winning documentary Lioness at the Cincinnati Museum Center’s historic Newsreel Theater at 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. on both Nov. 7 and Nov. 11 (Veteran’s Day). Women veterans who have served in Iraq will be present to talk to the public and discuss women’s roles in the current conflicts.

"No woman can call herself free who does not own and control her body. No woman can call herself free until she can choose consciously whether she will or will not be a mother." - Margaret Sanger
