We are a community of Christ-centred, Mission Minded prayer affiliated to 24-7 Prayer. We are a community with a heart to be a catalyst for prayer in the area, a place of refuge for people to come and pray and to give a voice to those who aren't being heard.

We express community primarily through the Boiler Room meals on a Monday night where we eat discuss and pray, and through regular times of prayer on a Tuesday afternoon and a Thursday morning. Everyone is welcome to come and join us and see what we get up to.

Although reticent to use facebook initially, I can see two purposes to having a facebook group - one an easy means of communicating to people who like to use facebook at their main form of communication. Secondly to use it as a place of sharing thought and ideas perhaps more easily than through the blog. We will review how the group is working and whether it is serving the needs of the community later in the year. (read less)
