THE SUNDAY SESSIONS
13.30 - 15.30 : The Main Workshop
The main Sunday Session workshop includes 2 classes
aimed at an intermediate+ level of lindy hopper.
What do I mean by intermediate+ ?
Well... you will have done enough drop-in classes to know
your lindy turn from your pass-by and be able to pull off
all of the basic footwork variations (6-beat, 8-beat and
charleston). You should have started to think about
your own technique and how it effects your social dancing.
There is a seemingly random rotation of teachers and
themes, but I always aim for something interesting and a
bit different to drop-in classes. Any suggestions for class
themes or teachers are very welcome.
12.00 - 13.00 : The Teachers Session
These are aimed at relatively new teachers who are
learning all the teaching tricks, and having to break
down moves for the first time.
The session involves a combination of chat and practice,
in a very informal atmosphere.
- If you are an experienced teacher who would like to
come along and share your skills, you are very welcome.
- If you have never taught at all but are interested in
doing so, then you are welcome too
