Description:: ALLIES (Gay - Straight Alliance) is an organization at Shepherd University which promotes Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) rights and awareness through campus and community activities as well as fostering a bond between the LGBT community and the straight community. This organization strives to bring unity to the campus and community regardlesss of sexual orientation, religion, race, class, and gender identity.
