- you all know the issues this group was created for, but its done. a lot of people think i was looking for my 15 minutes or whatever but i wasn't, anyone who knows me knows i never dreamed it would get this big. i'm glad there's some more spotlight on the county now and they probably won't take these decisions lightly but at this point, continuing to fight really wouldn't help anyone. so yea, sound files are taking down, the issue is over.

I am misquoted as saying... "We're about to petition our public officials", when I clearly said "We're allowed to petition our public officials."
The quote "We're about to petition our public officials" seems indicative of future events, which was not the case as the question posed was retrospective, and I was talking about why I felt the actions I had already taken were justified.
This makes it seem like I am merely doing this to look for controversy and trouble... nearly crossing the line of completely attacking my morallity in doing this...
We all saw that horribly biased news report, I'm extremely pissed to be involved with it. I'm glad everyone on here heard the full audio though, and knows the truth. She left me that voicemail less than a half hour after i created this group before anyone had called her, and they didn't include the part where she calls FCPS kids "snotty nosed little brats." It was the catalyst to the whole event, and they didn't present it as such.
Okay so everyone is wondering what I said in my original message. I was very respectful and polite, and I just said I was calling at home because I had sent him an email a month ago and he never responded, and he wasn't picking up at work, and I asked how they decided whether or not to cancel schools because if 2 inches of snow won't do it i don't know what will.
Okay, so I don't want to get screwed for harassment, so everyone please note that if you are going to call him, do so in a respectful and polite manner, and don't call at an unreasonable hour. His number is publicly listed so there is no law against simply calling it, as long as you don't do so in a rude way.
I REPEAT, DO NOT CROSS THE LINE MAKING THIS INTO A HARASSMENT ISSUE.
