To join us for SOME of our long runs prior to a marathon, you must agree to fundraise for the Lazarex Cancer Foundation. It is a very small fundrasing commitment (expecially compared to other groups), and the Foundation pays for your race, among other things. - Privacy Type:

- To see our upcoming runs, look to related events to your right. We typically have a Saturday run and a weekday run. Our weekday runs are in the evenings on either Mon, Tues, Wed, or Thurs.
We will beging training for the Seattle Marathon (Nov 2009) in early August!
