The vernacular school in Malaysia is a bane to racial integration particularly among primary school students who are at their most impressionable age and thus, is a bane to a united Malaysian citizenry that we so desired, in the face of mounting internal and external challenges. Unity cannot be fostered without direct intermingling with one another. Social harmony cannot be created if each race is segregated according to their vernacular schools. Patriotism can only be instilled if the students are pooled together with the singular aim to integrate one another towards cohesive nation building efforts.

This group as its name implies advocates SATU SEKOLAH UNTUK SEMUA (ONE SCHOOL FOR ALL). In its concept it calls for BAHASA MALAYSIA to be used as the medium of instruction in all schools in Malaysia befitting its status as the national language of Malaysia as provided for in the constitution, so as to facilitate racial integration and foster unity among Malaysians and thus, create a truly BANGSA MALAYSIA. Thus, it logically follow that SATU SEKOLAH UNTUK SEMUA is a pre-requisite to the realization of OneMalaysia as espoused by Dato Seri Najib Tun Abdul Razak, the Prime Minister of Malaysia or any idea that have UNITY as a goal for that matter. Towards this end we have drafted a memorandum and started a campaign to get 100,000 signatures to petition the government to implement SATU SEKOLAH UNTUK SEMUA. The memorandum and the petition will be send to Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, Deputy Prime Minister cum Minister of Education, Malaysia.

To those who love Malaysia and took to their bosom its aim and objectives prescribed in Rukunegara, we implore you to read the memorandum and sign the petition. This is a non political joint effort of concerned citizens of Malaysia. Hopefully we could put aside our political, religious or idealogy differences and help promote this campaign and ultimately, fulfil its goals. No political hijacking or one-upmanship is allowed.
