RIF’s Dear Colleague Campaign a Success!

Thanks in part to the efforts of 11,000 RIF friends writing more than 45,000 letters and e-mails to Congress, 150 U.S. Representatives and 49 U.S. Senators signed the Dear Colleague letter urging support for continuing RIF’s federal funding.
