Thanks for visiting our page and we hope to see you and all your friends out on August 6th, 2009 at the retro-fitted Fox Theatre in Toronto.

The Toronto Screamfest was created to bring together many different filmmakers from all different levels of expertise. Within the night we have first time horror filmmakers showing their films for the first time on the big screen. We also have 3 featured short horror films as well.

First being Stripped! a short Grindhouse film by Mike Klassen and his crew from Sheridan College. There will be 2 more special featured shorts that will be announced over the next 4 weeks so keep coming back here for updates! Lastly, the zombie fan favorite Zombie Girl: The Movie is going to be shown at Screamfest after a very successful run at Hot Docs this past spring. If you missed Zombie Girl at Hot Docs, come out and enjoy this great documentary!

Be on the look out for special guests and other updates to the festival as the summer goes on! Thanks so much for your support and hope to see everyone there!
