This non-partisan group is set up to restore and protect Cone Ranch. The Cone Ranch Advisory Panel voted 6:1 to put Cone Ranch into the Environmental Land Acquistion and Protection Program of HIllsborough County. But this has yet to happe. Cone Ranch land provides 35% of the Hillsborough River's water and our water supply in Tampa Bay. Within ELAPP, it will be potected, restored and made publically accessible.
