Over a year ago now five women were killed in a Lane Bryant store in Tinley Park. Police thought it was a botched robbery. Now they are probing a financial scandal in a closed evangelical church where the slain store manager had been associate pastor.

Specific suspect sought in Tinley Park murders
Police urge anyone with information about the attacker to contact them.
The gunman is described a black man between 5-feet-8 and 5-feet-10, 25 to 35 years old, with a medium complexion and a stocky build. He was last seen wearing a black jacket and black jeans with rhinestone detailing on a back pocket.
His hair style was described as a series of three to five “puffy” corn rows, with a single strand hanging down over the right cheek.

Keep a look out for a stocky African-American man , about
5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing 230 to 260 pounds, dressed in dark clothing, has thick braided hair and a receding hairline. One braid was adorned with four light green beads and was hanging over the right side of his face at cheek level. He is believed to have been the shooter at the Lane Bryant Store.
The reward for tips in the Lane Bryant shooting is now $100,000.
Tinley Park police announced Friday contributions from anonymous sources have made it possible to offer the large reward. The money will go to the person who provides information leading to an arrest and charges in the case, police said. A conviction isn't necessary to get the reward.
Police continue to search for the man who shot six women, killing five of them, in the Brookside Marketplace Lane Bryant store during a robbery Feb. 2.
