12 contestants are selected to participate in the New Orleans International Piano Competition annually. Each pianist will perform in Semifinal Round I and all 12 will advance to Semifinal Round II. Finalists will be announced Friday evening and perform during the Final Round on Sunday afternoon. Every other year, the New Orleans International Piano Competition exclusively showcases the talents of young artists between the ages of 14-18.
