The race saw over 600 participants and raised more than $13,000 for The Wilderness Trail Running Association. Christopher Maeder Has anyone ever added anything to Sustained Energy for a bit of flavor? Can I mix a gel or Heed in with it? It works great for my long workouts but I find myself drinking water or Heed after because of the taste.
