Nike Chillemi I'm writing a suspense novel set in 1946. The hero is back in the states riding a Harley Davidson WLA. He has to stop sorta suddenly next to a person who's tripped and fallen face first onto the pavement. He's not going to hit her, but wants to come up short and help her up. Does he brake w/his hand brakes? Rather than... the right foot brake? Thx in advance.

Harley-Davidson Museum What color is the oldest Harley-Davidson? It’s black, with big white tires! Come check out the Serial #1. And do you know why the tires on old bikes white? Gum rubber is naturally white, BF Goodrich was the first to add strengthening carbon, making them black.
