Tammy Bowman-Moore I started buying this magazine a few months ago. The one that is posted is this picture is the one I started with. It says "lower cholesterol naturally". That caught my attention. I buy this one and diabetic living. I have diabetes and there was alot of heart disease in my family, so I really watch it now. Both magazines are very helpful and I love the recipes.
