This is a shot of the makeup used to make Nathan (Graham) appear to have been in a fight. In particular tossed across asphalt. We had to match this makeup a few days later, so this shot was taken to allow our awesome makeup artists (Lisa and Gretchen) to accurately do that. -JMP

Hellphone holy Toledo, the rough cut is done!

Hellphone has less than ten scenes to finish (out of 81 total).

And I’d like to thank all the volunteers who helped in all sorts of amazing ways to make Hellphone happen. From wrangling extras, building props, being on set all the time, keeping me sane and numerous other occupations, we really couldn’t have done it without all of you. Thank you! -JMP

Hellphone is about 80% through the rough cut. Should be 100% by the end of the weekend.

The internet makes getting the word out and keeping interest much easier. I was in Charlotte today and kept getting asked questions about Hellphone from people I see maybe once a year. Very encouraging! -JMP

Hellphone is editing some of the police station footage. Wow, we were punchy!

Here’s a shot of the basement of the Chamber of Commerce office. We ended up using this for “Anton’s apartment” in the film. It was the messiest scene in the movie, and this place had a hose and drain system in the floor which made cleanup a breeze.
