Download our EPK from the <Shows> tab Hello, we are Here the World! We're two brothers, Johnny and Tyler (Tie) Holmes. We started this band as a catalyst for spiritual and world change! Here the World was actually going to be the name of our first album. We were goin...g to have a heart drawn on the cover and title it Here the World. The concept was that the entire world exists within you and that anything is possible. We decided to make that the concept behind our band, not just one record. Music makes you feel like you can do anything, that's where this all started. We come from such an inspired generation, there is so much in the world telling you to follow your dreams, that you can do anything. The idea of changing the world is really about changing yourself. When you change the way you view yourself, the world around you shifts to accommodate that view. We've always viewed the world in a very particular way. We've never believed we had any limits, we never believed that anything wasn't possible! We're just a couple of normal dudes who love to play with life. We think younger people understand that being serious and making fun of yourself at the same time is really who you are. We believe in this message, and live by it, that means anybody can do it! We've always done everything possible to become the people we envision ourselves as. If you truly believe in something and put everything you have into it, it will happen! We absolutely believe that! When I was 16 years old I thought to myself, if I can be the person I am when I'm alone, everywhere, in front of anybody, THAT is freedom. Rocked out in Stonewall, it was so easy going, it was very peaceful :)
Now we can finally start focusing more of our attention on recording in the coming weeks, get stoked!

Here the World and Shannie Anderson Rocked for the Cure on saturday and it was probably one of our best shows! Thanks to all who came out and all who made it possible!
Now we finally get a break to rehabilitate from all these shows and focus on recording :)

The Mammary Ducks We had a great time at Rock For The Cure last night! Huge thanks to Shannie Anderson, Brett Boivin Official, Free Kittens, Socially Inept, Here the World, and Acadia Underground for coming out!! Great group of people supporting a great cause! We can't thank you enough!
