Anne I was so disappointed in this last of the series. I didn't want it to end the way it did. I found the story line was all wrong..............I love all the highlander movies and series, but this Source needed to be done alot better.

Yeah, overall it wasn't too good. First two episodes seemed like taken out of "Twin Peaks" and the ones without Duncan were well... boring. It only confirms my theory that there is no Highlander without Connor/Duncan

Dave Davis Chris and Tracy, Start with the original movie, the 1986 Highlander and work your way through to the TV series.

There is a Remake of the original film in the works from Summit Entertainment. It is still in development and they are working on getting the script finished and finding a director. After they do that then the casting begins. There is a forum dedicated to the Remake here;

Tracy Cagliero Supposedly The Source was the last movie I think- which wasnt very good, I didnt feel it had much of a plot. The series is awesome, I was able to buy on Ebay for about $110.00 with lots of extras.

If you have seen the first 3 movies (skip the 2nd; not worth it); then watch the series, then Endgame and finally The Source...I hope this helps.

Yes Shelley the 2nd movie sucked and was way off the immortal topic. Chris skip it! It will only add confusion. So original movies 1 and 3, the series, Endgame and The Source. Of course the Source was a bit weird but it is worth watching because it on topic and it has Adrian Paul..

Thomas Samuel Ball I liked the Show more than the Movies. Adrian Paul was a really good actor. Is he going to be in the New Movie or will it be a new guy? I hope the new movie will not be filled with CG crap. Its best when Special Effects are kept to a minemume.

I say its not The Highlander without Adrian Paul or Christopher Lambert. But since Conner's head was taken by Duncan, that only leaves Adrian.

Andy Worrell One of the best series ever made. U can buy it on amazon for about 150 dollars US. They even threw in The Raven for free (cause it sucked). Love the series, although killing off Richie was dumb. I don't know why they did that, cause the series went downhill after that. As for season 6, they shouldn't have even bothered, Adrian Paul cut his hair and checked out. The very last episode was cool, though. They even brought back Fitz for the finale!

Endgame was nice. The Source never happened. Duncan lived on happily ever after and so did Kate, and so did Methos.

Bob Muse I just saw Endgames and had one big problem with the end. If he is back with Kate where does that leave Amanda. I mean the end of the series had them declaring there love for each other and a common theme was them getting back together.

I like the source the more and more I watch it, but as a stand alone movie. I remember someone thinking it was cool if it was considered a dream Duncan has while he is being held in captivity in Endgame. I tend to take it that way.

Katherine The thing I always thought about the Highlander production team was that they never seemed to know what was good and bad. When I watched the whole Highlander TV series again with the commentary, the production staff always thought the parts I thought were good were disappointing, and the parts I thought were awful, they always said were the best parts.

They tried it already with Hghlander/Raven and if you recall 6th season, they had few episodes focusing on other immmortals. They sucked... (even though the bounty hunter was hot ;) To me, Immortal = Highlander, they could try doing something with Methos but it won't have the same 'magic'.
