Highlawn Baptist Church For those interested in using the Superbowl Outreach Party as an outreach, that will be taking place in the Student Room on the third floor (including a brief time of worship and Bible study). If you have no interest in the Superbowl and simply want to worship together and hear the Word preached by Dr Ray, we will sti...ll hold our evening service in the worship center. You are welcome to join the Superbowl Outreach Party in the student room after the service.

It's time to transform the Student Room into a Superbowl central room. Every TV and a couple projects will be used (most for the game, some for the ESPN stats online), so you can see from every position. Plus the game tables will be available. Drinks and chips available. This is a bring-someone event!
Half-time will... not viewed, but rather we will have a brief time of worship music and message.
College student: need a ride? We will run a van to the Campus Christian Center at Marshall University at 5:30pm.

Highlawn Baptist Church The Celebration Choir is looking for those who sang with us in 2009, but have not had a chance to sing with us in 2010. We are also looking for new folks who have a desire to point others to Jesus through music in worship. If so, join us this Wednesday at 7:35 on the second floor.
Highlawn Baptist Church Sunday School and worship will be held at their normal times tomorrow. The parking lot and walkways have been cleared, but be careful nevertheless. We look forward to worshipping together!

Breakfast Prep…. Begins approximately 7 AM. ( Approximately 4 folks work well)
· Involves making 60 cups of coffee and filling four Serving containers
· Baking 144 frozen biscuits
· Scrambling 180 Eggs
· Heating the Sausage Gravy
Load up and go….. Begins approximately 8:30 (usually the same 4...)
· Bibles
· Hygiene Kit Containers
· Tables and serving stuff
· Food
· Clothing
· Prayer
On the River@ 9 AM (approximately 6+) We normally have 20+, other folks that show up and bring other stuff.
· Unload and set up
· Blessing on the food
· Serving stations ( usually 4)
· Hygiene Kit and Bible Handout( usually 2)
· Folks walking about sharing the Gospel ( As many as possible)
· Prayer circle @ close (Prayer requests, Praise reports and testimony, Presentation of Gospel)
Pack up and Clean up … approximately 10:30 AM but varies as the SPIRIT leads (usually the 4)
· Load up the tables, serving stuff, empty Hygiene Kit Containers and food pans
· Unload @ church and store, inventory for next week.
· Wash the dirty pans, store, and clean up kitchen
There are other Non Saturday events in which folks can participate. As you might know, each of these must occur each week so that Saturday can happen.
