I am a long time Hilton customer who got turned down at the New Years Event party on Dec 31st and you can't offer refunds because the organizer has not paid you money.

I saw comments by another disgruntled customer on the page, now the comments are gone.

I find it very amusing that you guys take down comments off of your facebook page when you don't like them, wasn't expecting this from Hilton Hotel.

I understand your frustration and disappointment. Please know that the Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines did not sell any tickets to this event and is therefore unable to issue any refunds. Yes, the other post was removed to avoid confusion in a very complex situation. We are working to get this matter resolved as quickly as possible. Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines Our 1.5 million dollar reno of the lobby and restaurant has started. It was a loud week with the removal of all the marble in the lobby. The restaurant was also attacked by several jack hammers—The Torreyana Grille has been relocated. This project is going to last until Mid-January. There will be several more updates a...nd pictures. We are keeping the impact at a minimum. Please contact the hotel with any questions.
