HOEKSTRA TO ATTEND CALHOUN GOP EVENT

U.S. Rep. Pete Hoekstra, R-Holland, will attend a meet and greet with the Calhoun County Republican Party on Monday, November 23rd. The event is hosted by the County Party, but is open to the public

He was invited by Calhoun County Republican Party Chair Elizabeth Fulton.

Hoekstra will be at the Lux Cafe, 2587 Capital Ave, SW in Battle Creek from 5:00-7:00 p.m.

Prior to being elected as a U.S. Congressman, Hoekstra was the Vice President of Marketing at Herman Miller, a Fortune 500 Company. He also earned his MBA from the University of Michigan.

He has represented Michigan’s Second Congressional District since 1993 and launched his gubernatorial campaign in March. He currently serves as the top Republican and former Chairman of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence and is a senior member of the House Committee on Education and Labor.
