Holding of Wrist was born in October 2008 as a dream that soon turned into reality. We focus on the hidden issues in society such as Self-Injury, Depression, and Suicide. This is the time for change. This is the time to have an honest conversation about these issues. This is the time to help each other as a community through these issues.

We believe that if we join our voices together we CAN change the world with LOVE; A ‘R[EVOL]UTION’. We’re pouring our hearts out! Can anyone hear us? No more hate, No more loneliness, No more tears, No more cuts…This is the time. There's no way you're doing this alone...We carry on through stormy weather...Through thick and thin we're by your side.

It doesn’t matter if you’ve been raped, have scars down your arm, been beaten, or called worthless by your parents; you are BEAUTIFUL! You’re ALIVE for a reason.
Your scars, your past, and your dreams all tell a story which is meant to be heard by thousands! Love & hope are real, you are not alone, your story is important, and you are beautiful!
