Houston Inline Marathon The world-famous Houston Art Car Parade takes place tomorrow! An estimated quarter-million people will line the curbs of Allen Parkway to watch over 200 Art Cars mosey by, many of them escorted by skater volunteers. The parade starts at 1pm; if you're in town, don't miss it!
