The Nebraska football team concluded practice preparations for No. 20 Oklahoma with a two-hour workout inside Memorial Stadium on Thursday. Head Coach Bo Pelini said it was a good week of practice, but there are still areas to clean up prior to Saturday night's showdown.

The defending 2009 NCAA National Champion Nebraska bowling team is hosting its first regular season home tournament in the state of Nebraska in over 10 years on November 5-7, 2009 when they host the inaugural Big Red Invitational Bowling Tournament at Sun Valley Lanes in Lincoln.
