Today’s Tuesday Trivia At Two question was:

Before Alex Henery’s 57-yard field goal last year, what was the previous Nebraska record for longest field goal, how many players held that record and name the players and the games this mark was set in.

The previous record was 55 yards – a record that was held by 3 players, including Chris Drennan (vs. Northern Illinois, Sept. 9, 1989); Bill Todd (vs. Kansas, Nov. 12, 1977), and Paul Rogers (vs. Kansas, Oct. 18, 1969).

This Friday marks the traditional day-after-Thanksgiving match-up between Nebraska and Colorado. As most Husker fans will remember, last year’s 40-31 victory in Lincoln was secured in part off the foot of Alex Henery’s school record 57-yard field goal with 1:43 remaining.

Today’s Tuesday Trivia At Two question was:

Provide the name, jersey number, and position of the four seniors that were originally walk-ons and have earned scholarships.

Frank Soukup of Lincoln was the first person to email a full and correct answer.

Wes Cammack (82,WR); Colton Koehler (54,LB); Derek Meyer (63,OL); and Matt O’Hanlon (33,S - pictured below) all began their Nebraska football careers as walks-on and went on to eventually earn a scholarship.
