No kidding. The backup process for the 3.0 update takes FOREVER. Luckily, I'm up and running now. I just used the "find my phone" feature with MobileMe. Pretty cool.

If it doesn't work for you at first, just go to Settings>TV Service and then tap on your TV provider to force a new data download. Then it SHOULD work. Let us know if it doesn't.

I like that u can access news as well from the MSNBC site. The whole app seems to drag somewhat since the update and is slow to respond to touch commands on iPhone 3G.
