I never smoke in my entire life, not ven once, and I'm so proud and happy about it. But I live and work with so many smokers around. Any suggestions for me how to survive from smoking effects for the passive smoker?

Smoking is childish and immature. Think about it..when do you smoke? When your angry? When you were little you used to pout.
After work? Such a hard day this cig. will really make everything better!
When your bored?
I know it's a hard thing to do but I know everyone who smokes wants to quit except for the few that are under 25 and still have to grow up and realize. So reach out to the community, friends, family. If your addicted you know it and know you need extra help message me for some tips. and search on the internet for research studies to quit, for people and products to help. Think about it, it's just a piece of paper rolled up with leaves in it, you can do it!

ne1 have ne sweet tips on how to stop? i almost dont want to but i was playin ice hockey the other day and i was as tired as this other guy who was like 35... and then there was another guy who had grey hair who was still skatin around n shit... been smokin for like 5 years now at bout a half pack a day at least.
