Delivery is FREE on all orders over £75 to most parts of the England and Wales.

On orders under £75 delivery is £3.95.

Items over £25 to Scotland may incur an additional delivery charge - if there is an additional charge we will contact you before sending.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Maestro cards. You may send your credit card information via phone, mail or over the Internet.

We will email you to advise that your delivery is on it's way. Non couriered items are sent via parcel post and usually take 3-5 working days to arrive. Where a courier delivery has been arranged the couriers will automatically try your neighbours if you are out, as they require a signature.

If you do not wish the couriers to try your neighbours please mention this at the time of ordering.

IMPORTANT - If our couriers are unable to obtain a signature upon delivery from your address, or your neighbours, and they do not hear from you within 2 working days of their attempted delivery, they may return the parcel to us as undeliverable. If you still wish to have your purchase, the cost of redelivery will be £6.95 for the first 10kg and thereafter 25p per Kilo.

If you no longer want your purchase after it has been returned to us we will deduct the delivery charge of £6.95 for the first 10kg and thereafter 25p per kilo from your refund.
