Perhaps the most influential of all silent films, Lang’s sci-fi masterpiece, written by his wife Thea Von Harbou, is set in the dystopia of 2026, when the populace is divided between workers who live underground and the rich who enjoy a city of splendor.

You guys really blew it this time. We loved Puck's, but we decided to check out the new Nourish Cafe anyway. The website made it sound attractive. Hotflash - it's NOT. Stark and generic would be the atmosphere. And the PRICES?? Two small flank steak sandwiches (more like potroast than steak), two bags of chips (...they're cheaper at Subway) and two bottled waters - TWENTY-EIGHT DOLLARS!!! Even with the member discount, it's still not family affordable - unless someone's idea of a family lunch is $50 or more. The menu is sparse to say the least. Better to have a Starbucks, Subway or a McDonalds than this nonsense.Read More

Indianapolis Museum of Art NEW- Take a virtual tour of two galleries in the IMA's Sacred Spain exhibition.

The gallery above is titled "True Likeness." Sacred Spain explores the idea that some religious images offered the possibility of divine presence. Some images owed their sacredness to a supposedly miraculous origin.

The painting s were incrediable. But the displaying was horrible, the wall colors were bland and did a disservice to the work themselves. The lightening was bad rather making a dramatic statement it appeared to have been done with no thought at all.
