A study by the International Congress of Humor confirmed that laughter is down worldwide by 66%. It's all this PC stuff that says we're not supposed to laugh at people ...when they do stupid stuff. Well maybe my husband has been right all along - if it's funny laugh. Don't laugh now!!!
