NO on the graham cracker crust for a chocolate pie! I have THE best chocolate pie recipe that has been handed down for so many generations in my family that we can't trace it back to its roots. I won 1st place in a pie baking contest with it, beating out many older, more experienced bakers (who gave me the evil eye when I won - they take that ... See Morestuff very seriously) for it truly IS the best chocolate pie ever...and so I've been told by every single person who has ever tasted it. And it does NOT have a graham cracker crust *shudders* but a flaky, tender, traditional crust.
