Mi Ji Lee

Mi Ji Lee Hi. For applying a position in London, what range of salary should I expect when I have a Master's degree in development and 7-9 months of internship experience (abroad but not in a developing country)? I'm looking for a job, hopefully in a think tank or a development agency. But since I don't really know the job mar...ket in the UK, I really don't know what to expect. Should I do an internship in the UK again though I really need to start making money? Would you please help me?

Hi - no easy answer here. I notice some year long internships (eg Peacebuilding with Quakers) paying £18K. Jobs would probably pay between £22k and £24k. You might look at the salaries being offered for roles on bond.org.uk. Should you do an internship again? Well, until you get the job then, yes.

Hi Eugenie. It's not safe to post cash as it may get lost. It's easier to email your form to cs@careers.lon.ac.uk and pay over the telephone with a credit/debit card.
