Monique Anyone have a partial aligner on top or bottom? My Ortho said the mold left out my back tooth but that it didn't matter because he wasn't moving my back tooth. It seems quite wrong. Anyone else have a partial tray?

Injila Omg I forgot to change my aligners last Monday, I kept thinking I have to do it this Monday ;( now I'm a week late! I was suppose to put in the 2nd one, I really hope this doesn't mess things up :/

Katie Hack What do you guys think about sucking sugar free Lifesavers while wearing my aligners? I brush my teeth everytime I eat before I put my aligners back in, but my breath is still terribly smelly! I figured sugar free shouldn't hurt or discolor anything, right?

I've been drinking ridiculous amounts of water because my mouth is so dry...I think that really helps, but I'm only on my second set of trays, so I'm a newbie...

My doc told me that the first week will be the most painful (and it was, truly...yikes!). I'm now on my second set of trays and not nearly as bad as the first. You'll be fine! :)
