"Australia's First Aerosol Art Paint."

Ironlak was founded in 2001 by an Australian graffiti writer who wanted to offer Australian writers a quality brand of paint at an affordable price. After three years of research and development the very first Ironlak prototypes started to hit Australian shelves. The first range was made up of ten basic colours.

As we enter 2009, it's been a long and bumpy ride for Ironlak. We've slowly developed our product (and have made plenty of mistakes along the way) and after fixing a slew of problems at the end of 2008, we are finally proud to offer one of the best aerosols on the market.

We have found that coverage is the single most important thing that a writer desires and we have formulated our product accordingly. We believe strongly that we now offer the best covering paint in the world, period! That's a big claim, we know, but try comparing our paint to similar colours from other brands and we know you'll be in our corner.

In 2009 we will be continuing to support the Australian scene as much as we can and at the same time we will be doing our best to start supporting the scene in America and Europe. Keep an eye out for members of The Australian, American and European Ironlak Teams rocking the freshest burners this year, same goes for our Ironlak Extended Family members in Australia and New Zealand.

We've come a hell of a long way since that first pipedream back in 2001; but our goal remains the same: to provide you- the graffiti writer - a quality can of paint at a decent price. Oh, and that same graffiti writer that started this shit, still gets out once a week for a beer and a paint. Best believe.
