Philippa When do the new handbooks come out? I buy masses of clothes both in shops and on the website and haven't had a handbook for well over a year. I used to receive two or three of each one but then suddenly stopped getting them. I've made sure my online account says I want to receive them and I've filled out a few postcards in store but still nothing :(

i love your clothes but the catalogue is a tad rubbish really.
i think it gives completely the wrong impression of people who wear the clothes - the models have so much on if they actually went out like that they would get beaten up! and also probably faint from being so warm.
and they could smile occasioally.
also croppi...ng the models legs so they look skinnier is so lame. its really obvious and just makes the whole thing look cheap.
they dont need to be any skinnier.
i think that maybs you should have more pages so you can show them actually wearing outfits that look good, cos youre clothes are so lush :)

ps. also, does anyone else find it really anoyying that the 'stylist' sticks random badges everywhere, and shoes that you dont even sell.
you should totally sell shoes.
