Jake's Loft Jake lost one week of training due to a kidney stone. He's going to try running again for the first time on Sunday with the goal of still holding the first Jake's Loft group run on Saturday January 9th. Jake appreciates everyone's well wishes and encouragement to Rock On (get it?)!
Jake's Loft We had our first group run this morning! There were six of us, and we ran 3.81 miles! What a great time! Thanks to all of you for showing up and brightening my day! We will get it started again in January (probably the 9th). Happy Holidays! Run On!

Jake's Loft Jake ran again today in the misty cold weather of Southlake! He's mapping out a cool route for the Jake's Loft running group. Don't know how far he went, but it's further than he could go 4 weeks ago! He's in worse shape than he will be in another 4 weeks! Run On!
