
Jana Stewart - J. Active Lifestyles I took a day off from the gym to get ready for an impromptu photo shoot. Thank goodness one of my hairstylist Melissa Toppin Lewis was in town, she's amazing!! Back to training in the AM with Team J. Fitness member Shamar Amirah Bibbins who also happens to be in town visiting family!! I love my friends!!!!

Nancy Sanabria Just did my grocery shopping for week 1 of hardcore clean eating! Chicken breast, turkey, tilapia and tons of veggies!

I am going to complete the goal template Jana sent us, but for now here are my goals for the next 6 months or so:
1. Change to a clean eating lifestyle, starting with a strict phase for 2 weeks.
2. Work out at home a minimum of 4 times a week.
3. Join a gym
4. Run a 5K in March
5. Run the Peachtree Road Race in July (10K)

Mikki I am a proud Team J Fitness Girl and I will also be doing the Ms. Fitness America competition. My goal is to become the healthiest I have ever been. I want to build muscle and lose fat (45 lbs. of it to be exact). I am so excited about Ms. Fitness America because I am the type of person that needs pressure to perform......so now I'm feeling it! Let's get it ladies!!!!!
