When the LED light indicator on the front is not flashing red or white, the headset is off. You can turn on and off the headset by holding down the TALK BUTTON for 3-4 seconds.

I love my prime but honestly my husband has stolen it and uses it more for himself. His job literally depends on him being handsfree, he has signed a contract as such and if he is caught driving with the cell phone and not being hands free he is fired on the spot.

Shouldn't be Jude--give us a ring @ 1-800-JAWBONE... you may have received a bum unit.

I would like to know why you can't get the ear "buds", and the ear hangers for an original Jawbone. Doesn't anyone take care of their suff anymore? I am a firm believer in the Jawbone for two simple reasons, it works, and mine has lasted since they first came out.

I was driving a truck talking 2 a manager at a depo last night and he thought I was sitting in an office and asked where I was as I had a 1340k's round trip and had a deadline. I told him I bought 2 of these Jawbone bluetooth headsets with duel mic's and they read the vibration of your jaw he was very interested and said money well spent :) He will want 2 see it now I leave it on as you hardly know it's there :)

:) I got the silver jawbone headset from the apple store today. Already tried it out a few times and it's great! Congrats on the design and sophistication of it.

I'm mad for the yellow, crazy for green, partial to the lilac, but taken by the practicality of black. The platinum and coffee just look dirty.

Same here. I ALWAYS use my Jawbone 2 mostly for driving purposes so i can make/take calls; as my phone has voice dialing and it works with the jawbone. And I am almost positive that probably sooner than later; we here in the southwest(AZ. NM, etc.) will have "no using handset while driving" laws which will require the use of jawbones, etc. I hope ...
