We
just got back from this great international festival in Guayaquil and
Salinas where we performed with wonderful new friends from Serbia,
Mexico, Angentina, Chile, Ecuador, Venezuela, and more. Played for an enthusiastic corwd of 600+ people both nights and also did two of our best and
largest school presentations ever, one at a blind school. Check out all
the fun fotos here! Thanks to everyone who was part of it!

I am enjoying the food here in Ecuador! I like to eat as close to macrobiotic as possible and I am finding whole foods to cook right on my street! It is local and fresh and sold by nice ladies. I like the fresh green peas (shucked by hand minutes before I buy them!), fresh favas, yuccas, HUGE cabbages, the BEST turnips... I have ever had...I could go on and on! There are also 3 macro places to choose from (one of them being my own cooking!). I am so lucky! Here are a few pictures. The food is fueling my daily practice of LOTS of accordion.
