JDLand.com Judging by the Capitol Quarter construction progress, looks like the Google Street View camera truck visited Near SE in late July/early Aug.
JDLand.com #10yearsago I was just starting to venture into Near SE, thx to the rebuilding of the 3rd St ramp (had to drive to S.Cap St.). Alien land!
