Pat Anders Hi Jeff. I'm an older runner who quit for a few years. I've now started back and I'm having some success. Looking forward to your advice and newsletters. Thanks, Pat

Natasha Stenicka Hello, My name is Natasha Stenicka, I am hoping to complete a 1/2 marathon this spring, and I will be using your training plan online. Thanks, I looked at several, and yours is by far best in my eyes! Thank you

Shelley Curto Hi Jeff, I've been trying to run for the past six years, with little success. I have Patella Femoral syndrome in my right knee, exercise-induced asthma, and tachycardia. I've even been told by a highly respected Tri trainer in the ATL area that I'm "just not biomechanically made to run". Each time I accept that thought..., I get a bug to do another race and start training, but usually just end up in PT. I've now decided to attempt the ING half in ATL again this year and am starting training on Monday, using your conditioning and 1/2 marathon training schedules. I have a Cho-Pat brace for my knee and meds for the tachycardia, but any other tips you can give me for running with these conditions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, and hope you had a fantastic Thanksgiving!

Bruce Darling Hi Jeff, can u suggest a good way to start? No experience with running, it feels like I have forgotten how. 53, male weight loss is main goal, but just accomplishing goals would be very helpful. Thanks

Jeff Jennings Hell Jeff, I just finished the Philly half marathon 02: 13:52 thanks to your training I actually finished injury free, pain free and with a kick. Here is my question: I now want to run the full marathon, would it be wrong for me to start your training for the full at the 15 week mark? Your thoughts please...

Cristina Coltro Hi Jeff! I completed my first marathon today in Philadelphia. I followed your begginer's program and my chip time was 4:10:38. I'm 48. Thnks for the great tips. I'm a fan.

Mary Ann Hubbard I ran my first full marathon in San Antonio this past Sunday, too! Fantastic! I religiously walked through the water stations and did a bit of lunging/stretches around mile 20 and shockingly finished strong. I've heard about the walk/run approach- but now I'm truly a fan! See some of you in Nashville 2010.

Jennifer Gardner Poellinger We just moved to Boston from Florida. HELP... I miss my runs! Do you have any other runners interested in a Galloway group here? Thanks Jeff.

Marc Friedman
My wife, myself and 3 friends just completed the San Antonio full marathon this past Sunday. It was our first ever marathon of any kind and we followed your book page by page. You are the man! We completed the entire marathon and finished strong at that.
We were lucky enough to have been injury free throughout the tr...aining, which we started in January, thanks to your program. Thank you, Thank you...we are fans for life!

Brenda Colon Vogel My girlfriends and I are planning on doing the Nashville Country Music 1/2 Marathon Course on April 24, 2010. We all live in Nashville and do have some great trails that we walk/run regularly, but want to prepare for the 1/2 marathon the best way possible! It is the 1st marathon for most of us. Which one of your books would you recommend for us to use?

Kimberly Mays After thirteen weeks of training for the Richmond Suntrust Half Marathon, I was sidelined by a stress fracture. This is my third stress fracture in two years (two in my right leg, one in my left) and I am feeling very disheartened. I don't want to quit, but my 44 year old body is full of self doubt right now.

Melissa Spurio Simon I'm 34 and started runniing in July. I couldn't even run 1/2 mile without stopping and being totally out of breath. Now i'm up to running 5 miles without stopping and I'm hooked. I'm having such a tough time "walking" during a race..how can I get my mind to shift to this way of racing? I feel like I'm failing if I st...art walking? Help!

Leslie Howard Weise What should I eat in the AM before a run? OR should I just run on an empty stomach?

Sheila Cooper Morris Just joining your program, very excited!
