The California League of Conservation Voters (CLCV) and the Congress of California Seniors both gave Simitian 100% scores on their 2009 scorecards, which grade legislators’ voting records.

Joe Simitian Yesterday the Governor also vetoed SB 14, which would have given California the strongest renewable energy standard in the country: 33% by the year 2020. I'll continue working with the Governor's office to see if we can find common ground and get a bill signed. Stay tuned.
