This is a very cool six-string B minor 11 arpeggio. Notice the different triads on the top of each other - the first 3 notes (B D F#) give a B minor chord, the second 3 notes (A C# E) give an A major chord, and the third 3 notes (F# A C#) give a F# minor chord...
